- Small Claims: $75 per person or business
- Court Order, Notice, Rule, Letter, etc.: $75 per person or business
- Posting Notices: $75 per notice per location (exception: posting a set of Notices of Sheriff’s Sales is included in sale process fee)
- For returning a document at the request of plaintiff or plaintiff’s attorney after processing without service $75 each case
- Writ of Execution and Attachments: $100 per financial institution or business (includes postage, mileage, paperwork) plus $75 per defendant
- Writ of Assistance: $75 for service on each person by service or posting
- Sheriff’s Sale: $200 non-refundable fee for- advertisements, postings of notices, certificate of sale, service fees, certified mailings; postponement or cancellation nonrefundable fee plus additional related publication fees
- A non-refundable fee for stand-by orders: $65 per hour per deputy
- Criminal report or Coroner report releases: paper copies .50 per page; $1 per page for faxes
- Fingerprinting: Flat fee $10 per process
- Concealed Carry Permit: non-refundable $25 for renewal; $60 for new

Glacier County Sheriff’s Office accepted one of the Mason Moore Foundation grant awards on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at the Love Wins Bash in Bozeman, MT. With this grant funding GCSO will be able to purchase iPads for mobile ADSi CAD access in the patrol units and install the ‘Deputy Finder’ for officer safety and advanced dispatching for Glacier County.
